Got he Air Pods Pro 3

After much contemplation, I went ahead and bought the Air Pods Pro 3. I'm still getting used to the pieces in my ear, but they do sound great. I took the hearing test and it told me I didn't have any issues, going against my ENT's office that said I needed hearing aids. I would believe the professionals over Apple.

My biggest concern is ear waxiness. I keep my ears clean, but that doesn't mean that my ears aren't going to get waxy and because of my facial expressions, they work themselves out of my ear and fall out. They cost way too much for them to fall out and get lost. Apple claims that they are great for working out and jogging. I really do want to go jogging at some point in time, but I don't think they are going to be the best fit for that. We'll see.

The other concern I have is the noise cancellation. I definitely wouldn't have the cancellation turned on while out for a walk/run or when riding my bike. I need to hear when someone is coming up behind me or when there are other concerns around. When walking, you want to be able to hear the people who think enough to yell out that they are passing. There are dumbasses that haven't the slightest idea how passing people on a trail works. You always yell to let someone know you are passing. If there's not a yell, there had better be a bell ringing to alert your approach. When I say noise cancellation, I'm not kidding. The other half came in one night and thought I was asleep as I did not respond to him. I got concerned and sent him a message. The response came from inside the house. I was shook! I heard absolutely nothing.

I don't really get that many opportunities to use the Air Pods as I am at work and it's just me and my boss and I need to hear him when he says something. I also tend to go to work and come home. I kinda like to hear my husband when he talks to me. If we go to a restaurant, I need them out so I can try to hear him across others in the place. Noooo, Apple! I totes don't need hearing aids.
