It's been a while since last posting. So much has happened since then. We went to Mobile where Tommy decided to compete in the Mr. Gulf Coast Bear competition. Two weeks after that, we returned to Mobile for the weekend and he won that title. He was so happy and I was happy for him. He looked great on that stage. My friends and I were like...Yep, he's definitely going to win this.
The photo above is part of the decoration for The Admiral Hotel in downtown Mobile. We love that hotel. The rooms are wonderful and the French feel of the place is fantastic. There's a chophouse on the first floor called Le Moyne's that we have not been to because we do not want to pay that much for a piece of meat. Especially when he has no name! LOL! We can't wait to get back there and smell the salty water of Mobile Bay.
We've also gone to Augusta, GA to the Parliament Resort. It's always a great stay there and we have so much fun with friends and making new ones. It never fails that we meet a few new people. It was what we like to call Hotdog Down the Hallway Weekend. It's a big hotdog weekend with all kinds of sides and plenty of drinks. We always have tons of fun and can't wait to return.
That will probably be the extent of our travel for a while. There will be more for me, but that will be posts later. It's all for work.
